注： 1. 本模型的数据是一项多中心回顾性研究在中国16家医院开展，共纳入102例pPCL患者，其中57例(55.9%)为男性。pPCL患者的12个月、24个月和36个月OS率分别为75.4%、58.3%和47.6%。通过校正年龄、B2MG和del17p等独立预后因素，建立了pPCL患者的生存预测列线图。 2.C指数为0.720，AUC为0.653。内部bootstrap验证的C指数为0.721，AUC为0.653，表明校准曲线的拟合度相对较好。 3. 模型还需要进一步验证，目前仅供临床参考。
