这篇研究的目的是为了评估牙本质与根尖充填材料之间的缝隙体积。研究选取4种不同的根尖充填材料进行比较:ProRoot MTA (PRM; Dentsply Tulsa Dental, Tulsa, OK), MTA Angelus (MAG; Angelus, Londrina, Brazil), EndoCem MTA (ECM; Maruchi, Wonju, Korea)和RetroMTA (RTM; BioMTA, Seoul, Korea)。48颗人的单根离体牙通过镍钛器械进行预备,牙胶充填封闭。切除根尖3 mm,使用金刚砂钻预备根尖端。根尖端窝洞使用指定的4种实验充填材料进行充填,并分成4组(n = 10)。随后,对样本进行micro-CT影像扫描分析。重建样本的3维影像,检测牙齿表面(牙本质壁)和根尖充填材料之间的缝隙体积。计算牙齿结构和根尖充填材料之间缝隙体积的百分比(VG%)。数据使用Kruskal-Wallis和Mann-Whitney U检验进行统计学分析,显著性水平设置为95%。结果显示,PRM, MAG, ECM和RTM组的平均VG%值分别为0.00472, 0
