2015年5月至2018年9月,共收集了西班牙国家统计局EQA项目23662份结果。测变量包括:促甲状腺激素(TSH)、免疫反应性的胰蛋白酶原(红外热成像),苯丙氨酸(检),酪氨酸(酪氨酸),免费肉碱(C0) acetylcarnitine (C2), propionylcarnitine (C3) butyrylcarnitine (C4) isovalerylcarnitine (C5) glutarylcarnitine (C5DC) hexanoylcarnitine (C6) octanoylcarnitine (C8) decanoylcarnitine (C10) myristoylcarnitine (C14) palmitoylcarnitine (C16) stearoylcarnitine (C18)。

TE APS计算为测量误差的90%,仅考虑每个实验室的最佳结果的75%。 还研究了分析性能是否与浓度有关。计算所有方法的TE APS时,TSH、IRT、C16和C18的分析性能最好,Phe、C5DC和C10的分析性能最差。一般来说,当只考虑大多数方法时,TE APS会下降,并且在较低的浓度下可以得到较高的TE APS。

研究结果表明,由于缺乏基于高级模型的APS,提出的基于SOTA的TE APS可以帮助NBS实验室设置质量规范。
