研究显示午睡宜小憩 过时易“伤心”

中午有时间、有地方打个盹对上班族而言是一件幸福的事儿。日本东京大学的研究人员提醒,午睡只宜小憩,别超过40分钟,否则可能有损心脏健康。研究人员23日在美国心脏病学会65届年会上公布上述结果。他们综合分析了21项研究的数据,了解30.7万余人的午睡习惯、日间疲惫程度以及代谢综合征、Ⅱ型糖尿病和肥胖症的医疗史,结果发现午睡时长与代谢综合征风险存在“J”形关联。也就是说,午睡时长少于40分钟,代谢综合征

他们综合分析了21项研究的数据,了解30.7万余人的午睡习惯、日间疲惫程度以及代谢综合征、Ⅱ型糖尿病和肥胖症的医疗史,结果发现午睡时长与代谢综合征风险存在“J”形关联。也就是说,午睡时长少于40分钟,代谢综合征风险未见任何增长;而一旦午睡时长超过40分钟,这一风险显著增加;午睡90分钟,出现代谢综合征的风险增加50%,效果如同日间过度疲惫。

代谢综合征的临床表现为腹部肥胖、高血压、高胆固醇、高血糖等,这些都会增加心脏病风险。研究人员还发现,如果午间只是小憩一会儿,即午睡短于30分钟,出现代谢综合征的风险略有降低。
