Neurol Res:侧支循环功能可以改善因颅内动脉粥样硬化所致狭窄远端引起的血流动力学压力

部分血流储备能力(FFR)能够准确地预测血管狭窄程度,因此被广泛用于评估冠状动脉的狭窄程度。在目前的研究中,研究人员参照这一指标--部分血流(FF)来评估症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化血管狭窄(ICAS)患者的血流动力学影像,进而评估FF与狭窄程度和侧支循环功能的相关性,并将结果发表在Neurol Res上。

部分血流储备能力(FFR)能够准确地预测血管狭窄程度,因此被广泛用于评估冠状动脉的狭窄程度。在目前的研究中,研究人员参照这一指标--部分血流(FF)来评估症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化血管狭窄(ICAS)患者的血流动力学影像,进而评估FF与狭窄程度和侧支循环功能的相关性,并将结果发表在Neurol Res上。本研究纳入的为有症状的ICAS患者,狭窄程度由DSA进行诊断。FF是在DSA检查中使用压力感受器进行测算的,其是病变远端(Pd)和主动脉处(Pa)的比值。柔脑膜侧支循环功能分为0(未显示)-4(完全代偿)。然后,分析FF、解剖学狭窄程度和侧支循环状态之间的相关性。本研究共纳入了25例患者(平均年龄55.6岁)。狭窄程度的中位数百分比和中位FF分别为82.3、0.68%。11例患者厕纸循环功能较差(评分0-2),14例患者侧支循环功能较好(3-4)。尽管没有统计学意义(r = -0.398, p = 0.06),随着狭窄程度加重,动脉粥样硬化病变下游血流动力学变差(FF降低)。然而,侧支循环状态能够改善这一状态:侧支循环功能越差,血流动力学影响越严重(r = -0.677, p = 0.03
