负载的强力霉素的新型混合纳米纤维具有良好的抗菌抗癌效果

将nHA和Dox分散到不同的PCL/凝胶比(70:30,60:40,50:50wt%)溶液中以形成电纺纳米纤维。通过TEM对nHA和Dox/nHA/PCL-Gel杂化纳米纤维进行表征。由于凝胶在释放介质中的高溶解度,所有载有Dox的nHA/PCL-Gel纳米纤维在体外Dox释放行为中显示出相同的突释释放特性。

使用革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌和革兰氏阴性牙龈卟啉单胞菌评价纳米纤维复合材料的抗菌性能。结果显示,在相同浓度下,nHA颗粒和Dox的共同递送比Dox或nHA可更有效地抑制细菌生长,表明二者具有协同效应。

结果显示测试的癌细胞对共递送系统具有不同的敏感性。总体而言,与CACO-2和4T1癌细胞相比,A-431细胞显示出更显著的协同效应。

基于本研究的抗癌和抗菌效果,Dox/nHA/PCL-Gel复合纳米纤维可作为一种在生物医学领域具有潜在应用价值的药物递送系统。
