11月21日,来自山西省人民医院的高刚在第九届COA国际骨科大会微创会场中带来了“神经根管狭窄治疗策略及体会“的主题报告。 他指出,对于入口区狭窄,重点是上关节突的切割和磨蚀。 对于中间去的狭窄或混合型狭窄等比较困难的情况,可以采用经椎弓根入路,也可以双节段入路,进行减压操作。
