北京疾控和卫健委联合发布:PM2.5污染越重,心血管疾病住院风险越高!

PM2.5 浓度越高、重度 PM2.5 污染事件持续时间越长,心血管疾病住院风险就越大
目前,虽然在发达国家中,空气动力学直径≤2.5 mm (PM2.5)的细颗粒物污染有所改善,但在发展中国家,仍频繁发生 PM2.5 的重度细颗粒物污染事件,包括我们中国。
近日,《J Am Coll Cardiol》期刊新发表了一项由北京疾控中心和卫健委合作开展的病例交叉研究,在北京地区评估了重度 PM2.5 污染事件与心血管疾病住院之间的相关性。
研究人员通过北京市卫生和计划生育委员会信息中心统计了 2013年-2017年 期间的心血管疾病住院人数;从北京市环境监测中心收集空气污染数据。对重度和极重度细颗粒物污染事件采用了不同的定义。同时估算了心血管疾病的住院负担。
PM2.5污染持续≥1天时的心血管疾病住院次数和天数
共统计了 2,202,244 次心血管疾病住院事件和 222 天极重度 PM2.5 污染事件(PM2.5 浓度 ≥ 150 ug/m3)。总心血管疾病、心绞痛、心肌梗死、缺血性卒中和心力衰竭与持续3 天或以上的极重度 PM2.5 污染事件相关的优势比(OR)分别为 1.085 (95% CI: 1.077-1.093)、1.112 (1.095-1.130)、1.068 (1.037-1.100)、1.071(1.053-1.090) 和 1.060 (1.021-1.101)。每年与持续 1 天及以上的极重度 PM2.5 污染事件相关的心血管疾病住院次数为 3,311 例(95 CI: 2,969-3,655),相关住院总天数为 37,020 天(95% CI: 33,196-49,866)。

总之,重度和极重度 PM2.5 污染事件导致心血管疾病住院风险显著增加。PM2.5 浓度越高、重度 PM2.5 污染事件持续时间越长,心血管疾病住院风险就越大。
