J Endod:单根和多根锉系统的根管去感染比较:次氯酸钠容量、浓度和停留时间影响

这篇体外研究的目的是为了评估采用单根锉系统及所用次氯酸钠(NaOCl) 冲洗的容量、浓度和停留时间进行物理化学预备后根管内细菌减少的情况,并与多根锉相比较。

这篇体外研究的目的是为了评估采用单根锉系统及所用次氯酸钠(NaOCl) 冲洗的容量、浓度和停留时间进行物理化学预备后根管内细菌减少的情况,并与多根锉相比较。研究选取拔除的上颌第一磨牙腭根作为试验对象,通过micro-CT影像分析将所选牙根按照解剖形态进行组别分配。收集近期根尖周炎牙齿并在厌氧环境下提取和培养新鲜混合细菌,感染试验根管。研究按照治疗方案的不同分为4组每组24个样本:REC-6LOW (Reciproc R50 instrument [VDW, Munich, Germany], 6% NaOCl, low irrigant volume), REC-2.5LOW (R50, 2.5% NaOCl, low irrigant volume), REC-2.5HI (R50, 2.5% NaOCl, high irrigant volume)和BR-2.5HI (BioRaCe [FKG Dentaire, LaChaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland], 2.5% NaOCl, high irrigant volume)。记录预备时间。在根管预备前后提取根管内
