J Endod:壳聚糖羟磷灰石前体纳米复合物条件处理牙本质对界面特性的影响

这篇研究的目的是通过飞行时间二次离子质谱法评估壳聚糖-羟基磷灰石前体(C-HA)纳米复合物的条件处理对硅酸三钙封闭剂-牙本质界面化学修饰的作用。

研究对人前磨牙根牙本质片进行预备、脱矿并随机分为对照和C-HA纳米复合物条件处理组。应用硅酸三钙封闭剂,并将牙本质片置于100%湿度环境下10天。暴露横截面区域,分别通过飞行时间二次离子质谱法和透射电子显微镜对封闭剂-牙本质界面进行化学/超微结构评估。

化学分析结果显示,条件处理C-HA纳米复合物后,在牙本质表面在封闭剂-牙本质界面以及牙本质表面下存在富含大量磷酸盐(PO2-, PO3-, and PO4-), hydroxide (OH-)和壳聚糖片段(C2H4NO-, C3H4NO2-, C2H5O2+, C2H6NO+, C4H6NO2+, C5H6NO+, and C5H5O2+)的离子层。相反,在对照组中,界面内的钙离子(Ca+)和磷酸钙(CaPO2+, CaPO3+, CaPO4+, and Ca2PO3+)明显减少,并且未检测到磷酸盐片段。超微结构分析结果显示,对照组中界面层(<1 μm)矿化中断,而条件处理组中牙本质形成连续的矿化层(5 μm)。

结论:在应用硅酸三钙前对牙本质施以C-HA条件处理会通过富含磷酸盐、钙离子、磷酸钙和壳聚糖的离子层对牙本质表面下改性,从而对牙本质表面/表面下层进行化学修饰。
