Nanotoxicology:干式转移技术制备石墨烯涂覆钛可改善骨整合并抑制菌膜形成

钛种植体骨整合所需的时间过长,而且其表面的细菌定居是种植失败的主要原因。石墨烯可以克服这些问题,但其在基材上的湿转移需要使用有害化学物质限制了其临床应用。另外,虽然已经开发出干转移技术,但是这种技术的生物学特性尚未研究。在这里,研究发现基于热压法的干式转印技术可使石墨烯涂布钛基材,并且单次转移覆盖面积大于90%。与单纯的钛相比,石墨烯包被的钛具有细胞相容性,不诱导细胞膜损伤,可诱导人成骨细胞成熟(

钛种植体骨整合所需的时间过长,而且其表面的细菌定居是种植失败的主要原因。石墨烯可以克服这些问题,但其在基材上的湿转移需要使用有害化学物质限制了其临床应用。另外,虽然已经开发出干转移技术,但是这种技术的生物学特性尚未研究。

在这里,研究发现基于热压法的干式转印技术可使石墨烯涂布钛基材,并且单次转移覆盖面积大于90%。与单纯的钛相比,石墨烯包被的钛具有细胞相容性,不诱导细胞膜损伤,可诱导人成骨细胞成熟(基因和蛋白质水平),并增加矿化基质的沉积。此外,石墨烯减少了变形链球菌、粪肠球菌甚至全钛唾液中生物膜的形成而不杀死细菌。

这些发现证实,通过干式转移技术将石墨烯涂覆钛是改善骨整合并防止植体生物膜形成的一种有前景的策略。
