BMJ:久坐的女性 餐厅用餐提供的能量已经够了 再吃小心长胖!

目的:旨在5个国家中,测量经常从餐馆和快餐店点的餐的能量含量,并与美国数据进行比较。

设计:横断面研究。

设置:巴西、中国、芬兰、加纳、印度中,111家随机选择的餐馆和快餐厅的223份餐为初级抽样单元。也研究了芬兰5个单位食堂的10份餐。观察性单元为选定餐厅经常点的餐。

主要结局测量:餐食的能量含量,通过弹式量热法测量。

结果:与美国相比,仅中国餐馆做的餐的加权平均能量较低(719(95% CI,646~799)kcal vs 1088(1002~1181)kcal;P<0.001)。方差模型分析中,快餐包含的能量比全服务餐馆的餐少33%(P<0.001)。在芬兰,单位食堂比全服务餐馆餐和快餐厅的餐的能量低25%(平均880(SD156)vs 1166(298);P=0.009)。方差的因子分析显示,国家、餐厅类型、餐的食材数量、餐量可预测餐的能量(R2=0.62;P<0.001)。94%的全服务餐馆的餐和72%的快餐至少包含600kcal。除了中国,模型表明,对于久坐的女性,当前每天消耗全服务的餐和快餐所提供的能量,占到每天所需能量的70%~120%,而无需额外的餐、饮、零食、开菜、甜点。

结论:全服务餐馆的餐和快餐厅的餐具有非常高的饮食能量含量,这是广泛存在的现象,可能促进了全球肥胖,提供了有效的干预目标。
