结果,两组受试者在基线时各种参数具有可比性。牙周非手术治疗三个月后,病例组牙周指标明显改善。全身参数如HbA1c和空腹血糖从基线至第四个月,病例组的平均差异分别为0.22±0.11和3.90±8.48,对照组分别为-0.056±0.10和-1.66±6.04,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组HbA1c从基线时期到牙周非手术治疗后3个月明显下降下降(P<0.05)。
总而言之,该研究表明,牙周炎症可影响健康个体的血糖控制。牙周治疗可改善牙周健康状况,降低糖化血红蛋白水平,从而降低CHP患者炎症诱导的发生几率。
