国家放射与治疗临床医学研究中心正式启动

介入治疗是在医学影像引导下进行非直视下诊疗的新学科,是与内科、外科并驾齐驱的第三大学科,也是心脏、血管、肿瘤等疾病的三大治疗手段之一。今天(12月5日),从国家放射与治疗临床医学研究中心启动大会暨第一次学术研讨会上传来消息,落户于复旦大学附属中山医院的“国家放射与治疗临床医学研究中心”正式启动。

相比其他学科,介入学科的发展历史较晚,目前多以各个内外科的亚专科形式存在,尚未形成总体学科发展思路,管理模式如人员准入培训、诊疗规范指南、质量控制等方面还不完善。与此同时,介入治疗设备、器械和耗材的进口依赖度仍然较高。

复旦大学附属中山医院葛均波院士说,“成立后的国家放射与治疗临床医学研究中心将全面覆盖心脏介入、外周血管介入、神经介入、肿瘤介入和综合介入五大介入学科分支,并形成各自的研究团队,以泛血管理论为指导,构建介入创新技术平台”。

葛均波院士表示,中心将针对心脑血管病、外周血管病及肝脏肿瘤等严重危害我国人民生命健康的重大慢病开展系统研究,以临床应用为导向,技术推广和创新成果转化为目标,通过医、生、理、工多学科交叉、基础与临床研究结合,建设高质量临床数据库和生物样本库,开展高水平临床研究和国际合作,建设规范的人员和技术推广培训系统。力争2021年底,国家放射与治疗临床医学研究中心将建立以本中心为引领的全国性介入治疗协同研究网络单位500家以上,开发并推广20~30项心血管及肿瘤介入新技术,研究制定10项以上国际水平的临床实践指南或行业标准,转化5~10项创新介入器械。
