即将开展选择性神经激肽3受体（NK3R）拮抗剂MLE-301治疗更年期女性的VMS（通常被称为潮热和盗汗）的I期临床试验。

Millendo Therapeutics是一家临床阶段的生物制药公司，该公司近日宣布，即将开展选择性神经激肽3受体（NK3R）拮抗剂MLE-301治疗更年期女性的VMS（通常被称为潮热和盗汗）的I期临床试验。

Millendo Therapeutics总裁兼首席执行官Julia C. Owens说：“我们很高兴将MLE-301推进到临床阶段，这项I期临床试验的结果将使我们进一步了解MLE-301的安全性、PK / PD和功效概况”。

首次人类试验旨在评估MLE-301的安全性和耐受性。该研究的单次上升剂量部分将在健康的男性志愿者中进行，以确定MLE-301的药代动力学及其通过生物标志物（黄体生成激素、睾丸激素）的减少来衡量的药效学特征。多个递增剂量部分将招募绝经后女性，从而可以测量VMS频率和严重程度的降低，并建立初步的临床概念证明。

临床前数据表明，NK3R拮抗剂MLE-301能够显著降低睾丸激素的作用。基于其已证明的体外和体内活性，Millendo认为MLE-301在更年期女性VMS领域可能具有临床影响。
