Stroke:卒中后焦虑症的远程医学认知行为疗法

残疾焦虑影响了四分之一的卒中幸存者,但获得治疗的机会却很有限。近日,心血管疾病领域权威杂志Stroke上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员开发了一种远程医疗模型,为卒中后焦虑症患者提供指导性的自助认知行为治疗(TASK-CBT)。研究人员旨在评估TASK-CBT在随机对照试验工作流程中的可行性,该工作流程可远程执行所有试验程序。此外,在该临床试验中,研究人员探索了腕戴式人体感应传感器作为测量客观结局方法的可行性。
研究人员招募了成年社区卒中患者(n=27),并将他们随机分配给TASK-CBT(n=14)或放松疗法(TASK-Relax),作为阳性对照者(n=13)。
在该研究的样本中(平均年龄为65 [±10];男性为56%;卒中为63%,短暂性脑缺血发作为37%),远程自我登记、电子签名、干预措施和自动随访是可行的。所有参与者都完成了所有的TASK-CBT会议(14/14)。在第6周和第20周时,与TASK-Relax组相比,在TASK-CBT组中观察到患者的焦虑程度降低。平均眼压传感器佩戴时间为33天(±15)。
