运动是预防和管理心血管健康问题的关键措施。据《美国高血压杂志》上的一项研究发现,普拉提不仅可以降低年轻肥胖女性的体重,而且还有利于降低血管僵硬度和血压。

普拉提是一种全面增强体质的运动,可提升力量、柔韧性、协调性、速度、灵敏性和耐力,使身心受益。

该研究纳入体重指数在30~40kg/m2的年轻(19-27岁)女性血压升高者28例。参与者没有慢性病,不吸烟,平时常规锻炼较少,每周不到90分钟。

受试者每周进行3次1小时的普拉提训练,分为以下几个阶段:初始热身和伸展(10分钟)、垫子普拉提练习(40分钟)和降温放松(10分钟)。每次训练的重复次数稳步增加,12周内完成普拉提所有课程

该研究发现,普拉提在促使体脂量减少的同时,也能显著降低动脉僵硬度和血压。

研究者认为,改善心血管健康,肥胖女性、高血压高危人群和早期血管并发症者适合练习普拉提。
