该实验为双重设计:用生物反应器中的生物力学速率依赖性信号评估LIPUS在响应声波的成骨细胞样(MC3T3)细胞增殖和矿化中的作用;并且,为了评估新的支架实验技术,以产生用于整形外科组织再生和修复的潜在的可植入生物材料。

茜素红染色和细胞计数分析结果显示,与对照组相比,LIPUS处理MC3T3细胞在3-D支架中产生增强的细胞矿化(** p <0.001),减少了细胞总数(* p <0.05)。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,如果以适当的频率和工作周期应用LIPUS,可以在体外环境下促进3-D有机支架内的细胞矿化。
