CDSR:维生素A与患慢性肺病的风险及长期神经发育状态的关系

目的:评估补充维生素A对极低出生体重儿(VLBW)死亡和/或新生儿慢性肺病和长期神经发育缺陷的发生率,并考虑补充途径,剂量和时间的影响。主要结果9项符合纳入标准的试验,8项比较补充维生素A与对照组(1291名婴儿),1项比较不同方案(120名婴儿)。
结果:与对照组相比,维生素A可能减少一月龄患儿的死亡率或氧气需求量(RR 0.93,95%CI 0.88-0.99;RD-0.05,95%CI -0.10至-0.01;NNTB 20,95%CI 10至1.00;1001名婴儿)。在最大型的试验中,88%的存活婴儿的神经发育评估显示,在18至22个月大的组别之间没有差异,同时校正了早产。不同剂量的维生素A方案表现出相似的结果。
