研究结果:
存在语言障碍的患者相比无语言障碍的患者有较好的7天死亡率(7.0% vs 9.2%; OR, 0.69; 95% CI, 0.57–0.82; P<0.001)。然而,他们在出院时患有中重度神经功能缺损的可能性更高(65.9% vs 51.5%; OR, 1.25; 95% CI, 1.15–1.35)。住院并发症率没有明显不同,但存在语言障碍的患者一般能获得相对高质量的护理。
研究结论:
存在语言障碍的患者拥有相对低的死亡率和较好的护理质量。一些潜在的混杂因素例如种族、预后因素、卒中特点等得到矫正好,这些差别依然存在。
