Radiology:雁过留痕,多次钆布醇注射后导致苍白球T1信号减低

本研究共纳入了46例进行过至少1次钆布醇注射并仅进行过钆布醇增强检查的患者,一位放射科医生对苍白球(GP)、额叶白质、额叶皮层和丘脑进行T1map上感兴趣区定量分析。探究患者钆布醇注射次数、累及剂量、年龄、增强间隔、性别、治疗。单变量和多变量线性回归分析对4个脑区及GP-丘脑信号强度(SI)比进行分析。

观察者间的重复性很好(ICC为0.62-0.81)。由于在钆布醇注射次数和累及剂量具有高多重共线性(r = 0.96, P < .001),钆布醇注射次数被纳入回归分析中。GP T1弛豫时间减低与钆布醇注射次数具有独立相关(P = .002)。在其他脑区T1弛豫时间变化及GP-丘脑SI比与钆布醇注射次数无明显相关性(P > .01)。

本研究表明,多次钆布醇使用与GP T1弛豫时间减低具有相关性。
