J Drugs Dermatol:敏感肌?试试补骨脂素天然抗衰老保湿霜

敏感肌患者局部使用视黄醇以达到抗衰老的目的较难,因为视黄醇具有刺激性。补骨脂素是一种来自补骨脂种子的单萜类物质,研究发现其具有类视黄醇功能。该研究在敏感皮肤的受试者中考察了一种基于自然界的含有白桦醇的洁面乳和保湿剂的耐受性、功效和屏障作用,研究结果已发表于J Drugs Dermatol。

研究纳入60名女性受试者,Fitzpatrick皮肤类型I-V,年龄40-65岁,皮肤敏感,轻度至中度光损伤,研究为期4周。构建了一个敏感肌小组:1/3湿疹/特异性皮炎,1/3酒渣鼻,1/3化妆品不耐受综合症。受试者每天两次使用基于自然的清洁剂和保湿剂,在基线、使用后5-10分钟和第4周进行经表皮失水(TEWL)、角质测量、耐受性评估和疗效评估。

 

结果显示,从调查者评估的视觉光滑度、触觉光滑度、透明度、光泽度、整体外观和整体抗衰老方面来看,皮肤护理产品的耐受性和疗效良好(P<0.001)。脸颊角质测量显示,皮肤水分含量增加16%(P<0.001)。

综上,该研究结果表明,这种基于补骨脂酚的天然抗衰老保湿霜对皮肤敏感的人具有良好的耐受性和有效性。
