SCI REP:宝妈们注意婴儿哭闹可能跟肠道微生物有关!

罗伊氏乳杆菌密度增加与婴儿哭闹的时间增加相关,罗伊氏乳杆菌的补充可能不适合作为所有肠绞痛婴儿的治疗。

婴儿肠绞痛是一种病因不明的令人痛苦疾病。有研究报道可能与异常的胃肠道菌群有关联,在一些肠绞痛的婴儿中,补充罗伊乳杆菌已被证实可以减少哭泣和/或烦躁的时间(哭闹时间)。罗伊乳杆菌的肠道定植与婴儿哭闹时间之间的关系尚未有研究进行报道。

近日,Scientific reports 杂志上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员通过婴儿感染试验中组成的一个包含65名婴儿亚组,旨在评估肠绞痛婴儿罗伊乳杆菌的定植、粪便微生物(微生物的多样性和大肠杆菌)、肠道炎症与婴儿绞痛哭闹时间之间的相关性。

通过婴儿感染试验是以随机健康足月婴儿年龄小于13周的肠绞痛婴儿为研究对象,分别接受益生菌罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM 17938(1×108菌落形成单位)或安慰剂治疗28天。研究人员观察到无论罗伊氏乳杆菌定植状态(定植n=14),婴儿哭闹的中位时间整体减少。罗伊氏乳杆菌定植对大肠杆菌的定植率或密度、微生物多样性或肠道炎症无显著影响。研究人员发现罗伊氏乳杆菌密度与哭闹的时间呈正相关,并且大肠杆菌密度与肠道菌群多样性呈负相关。

罗伊氏乳杆菌密度增加与婴儿哭闹的时间增加相关,罗伊氏乳杆菌的补充可能不适合作为所有肠绞痛婴儿的治疗。
