中国科学院已启动实施58项先导专项,器官专项进展顺利

中科院2020年度工作会议当天在北京举行新闻发布会,相里斌发布2019年中科院部分先导专项重要成果情况。他说,中科院已启动实施的58项先导专项,包括A类23项、B类32项、C类3项,专项瞄准重大原创成果、重大战略性技术与产品和重大示范转化工程的产出目标,已取得一批标志性成果。

据相里斌介绍,器官专项方面,在器官原位再生领域,发现调控脑、心脏、造血、皮肤、骨骼肌等10个组织器官原位再生的关键靶标,开发出5种器官原位再生的干预手段。在器官体外制造领域,专项突破自组装胆管化肝脏类器官、功能性神经-肌肉接头、脑模块构建、3D打印和管道维持等关键技术,初步实现复杂结构构建。同时,器官专项相关成果在中外产生重要影响,为其后续工作奠定了坚实基础。

此外,个性化药物—基于疾病分子分型的普惠新药研发专项方面,以中国原创治疗阿尔茨海默病新药GV-971有条件获准上市为代表的成果不断涌现;智能导钻技术装备体系与相关理论研究专项按期推进,已成功研发深层地质导向随钻电磁波、声波、电成像等6套样机,初步构建出“定得准”的随钻测井装备序列;变革性洁净能源关键技术与示范专项产出多项重要成果并进行工程示范,包括完成千吨级合成气直接制烯烃工业实验、世界上首次实现75吨/小时循环流化床燃煤工业锅炉氮氧化物超低排放、中国首套基于不锈钢金属板的氢燃料电池电堆生产线成功投产并开始运营。
