Ann Surg:离体肺灌流液中与肺移植早期结局相关的生物标志物研究

EVLP后,7例拒绝行LTx。在其余移植病例中,9例出现原发性移植物功能障碍(PGD)3。EVLP-1h的代谢物,基于棕榈酰鞘磷脂、5-氨基颉草酸和decanoylcarnitine的回归模型显示,来自Non-PGD 3结局的不同PGD 3的接受者操作特征(ROC)曲线下面积(AUC)为0.987。对于EVLP-4h的代谢物,基于N2-甲基鸟苷、5-氨基颉草酸、油酰胺和decanoylcarnitine的回归模型显示,来自Non-PGD 3结局的不同PGD 3的ROC AUC=0.985。

对EVLP灌流液进行代谢组学分析,可以为我们提供与早期肺移植结果高度相关的代谢物,并可能成为提高EVLP边际肺选择的潜在生物标志物。不过需要进一步的验证研究来证实这些发现。
