J Inflamm Res:富氢盐水灌洗治疗慢性鼻炎的疗效如何?

调查了富氢盐水灌洗作为CR抗炎灌洗疗法的效果,并与盐水灌洗的有效性进行了比较。

慢性鼻炎(CR)是一种常见的鼻粘膜慢性炎症。鼻腔盐水冲洗已证明是治疗CR的有效方法。富氢盐水(HRS)具有抗氧化和抗炎特性,其效果是否比盐水灌洗更好,目前还没有结论。

近期,来自同济大学的研究人员在《J Inflamm Res》上发表文章,调查了富氢盐水灌洗作为CR抗炎灌洗疗法的效果,并与盐水灌洗的有效性进行了比较

研究共纳入了120名CR患者,并随机分为两组,用HR灌溉的患者(HRS组)和用盐水灌溉的对照组(NS组)。研究为随机、双盲对照设计。研究的主要观察指标是鼻部症状的总分(TNSS)。此外,还比较了两组之间鼻腔分泌物的嗜酸性蛋白(ECP)、鼻腔一氧化氮(nNO)水平以及调节性T细胞(Treg)和调节性B细胞(Breg)的水平。此外,还根据血清特异性IgE阳性情况对过敏性鼻炎(AR)和非过敏性鼻炎(NAR)患者进行了评估。

治疗后,两组患者的TNSS和鼻腔ECP明显下降(P<0.05),与NS组相比,HRS组患者的水平明显更低(P<0.05)。两组之间的Treg和Breg水平没有明显差异。亚组分析显示,与AR-NS组相比,AR-HRS组的TNSS明显更低(P<0.05);然而,其他炎症生物标志物没有明显差异(P>0.05)。与NS灌洗组相比,NAR亚组的ECP水平明显更低(P<0.05)。在整个治疗期间,没有观察到患者的明显不良事件。

综上所述,与生理盐水冲洗相比,HRS鼻腔冲洗可以改善CR的临床症状,尤其是AR患者。因此,HRS可有效用于CR患者的临床治疗
