ANN SURG:SM22作为透壁性小肠缺血的生物学标志

作者分析了小肠缺血兔模型的血浆和小肠组织的SM22水平。在基线和缺血24小时内收集血液和组织标本。此后,比较了兔和人动静脉器官特异性SM22浓度差异。最后,作者收集了小肠缺血患者,其它急腹症患者和健康志愿者的血浆检测SM22水平。研究结果表明,在兔模型中缺血4小时内SM22水平显着升高。血浆SM22水平与小肠平滑肌损伤程度密切相关。透壁性小肠缺血患者的SM22水平显着高于缺血性粘膜损伤的患者,其它急腹症患者和健康志愿者。

文章最后认为,小肠肌层严重缺血时SM22释放入血。血浆SM22水平对检测透壁性小肠损伤有潜在的临床意义。
