Oncogene:刘思金等环境肿瘤学研究获进展

中国科学院生态环境研究中心环境化学与生态毒理学国家重点实验室刘思金课题组在环境肿瘤学研究领域取得重要进展,相关论文近日发表于Nature出版集团的Oncogene上(Oncogene advance online publication,9 December 2013;doi:10.1038/onc.2013.505)。

该研究组前期的研究工作证实,多氯联苯(PCBs)的长期低剂量暴露蓄积可激活丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶(ROCK)信号通路,从而促进乳腺肿瘤恶化和转移(Cancer Research, 2009; PLoS One, 2010)。在此基础上,本研究进一步证实ROCK可通过与癌蛋白c-Myc直接相互作用而增强c-Myc蛋白的稳定性及转录活性,从而增加与肿瘤生长和增殖相关基因的表达,最终促进肿瘤进程。

上述研究得到了国家自然科学基金项目和中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目等的支持。
