PLoS One:PLGA/HA/GO可作为细胞生长的优良支架

比较所有纳米纤维基质的形态、生物相容性、力学性能和生物活性。结果表明,掺入少量的HA和GO所制备的基质的亲水性和蛋白质吸附率明显增加。此外,GO明显提高了纳米纤维基质的拉伸强度,PLGA/GO/HA纳米纤维基质可以作为细胞生长的稳定支架。进一步体外检测中,将MC3T3-E1细胞接种到PLGA/HA/GO纳米基质上培养,观察各种细胞活性和细胞矿化情况。结果表明,PLGA/GO/HA纳米纤维基质可显著增强MCET3-E1细胞的粘附、增殖,并能促进碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性,成骨相关基因表达和矿物质沉积。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,PLGA/HA/GO复合纳米纤维是用于骨组织再生的优异的多功能支架。
