J Endod:自体来源的骨髓间质干细胞对狗牙部分活髓切断术愈合能力的影响

牙髓切断术是因龋和外伤暴露特别是年轻恒牙的一种极其重要的治疗方法。对于部分牙髓切断术的牙齿来说,细胞疗法被认为是牙髓牙本质复合体再生的一种极具希望的方法。这篇研究的目的是为了评估自体来源的骨髓间质干细胞(BMSCs)对行牙髓切断术的狗牙模型愈合能力的影响。

牙髓切断术是因龋和外伤暴露特别是年轻恒牙的一种极其重要的治疗方法。对于部分牙髓切断术的牙齿来说,细胞疗法被认为是牙髓牙本质复合体再生的一种极具希望的方法。这篇研究的目的是为了评估自体来源的骨髓间质干细胞(BMSCs)对行牙髓切断术的狗牙模型愈合能力的影响。研究选取12只杂种狗包含上下颌后牙共192颗牙齿(16 teeth per dog)作为研究对象。实施部分牙髓切断术,将实验动物分致2个实验组(groups 1 and 2),每组6只狗。组1的冠髓窝洞充填硅酸钙类盖髓材料(n = 96)。组2的冠髓窝洞培养1 × 105 cell/mL BMSCs (n = 96),随后窝洞充填硅酸钙类盖髓材料。在放置盖髓剂后,2组均充填树脂改良玻璃离聚物修复材料。每组3只狗的48颗牙齿术后1周进行组织学评估,剩余的3只狗的48颗牙齿在术后9周进行评估。评分标准通过炎症细胞浸润数量、组织坏死和硬组织桥形成厚度进行评判。Mann-Whitney U检验结果显示,2组间在1周(P < .05)和9周(P < .05)期间的硬组织桥形成存在显著性差异。结论:自体BMSCs具有显著的治疗潜力,因
