Dent Mater J:微缝对氧化锆与牙科材料粘接的影响

这篇研究的目的是评估由Nd:YVO4激光束切割制备的微缝对2种氧化锆,yttria-partially stabilized zirconia (Y-TZP)和ceria-partially stabilized zirconia/alumina nanocomposite (Ce-TZP/A)与陶瓷或2种树脂粘接强度的影响。

这篇研究的目的是评估由Nd:YVO4激光束切割制备的微缝对2种氧化锆,yttria-partially stabilized zirconia (Y-TZP)和ceria-partially stabilized zirconia/alumina nanocomposite (Ce-TZP/A)与陶瓷或2种树脂粘接强度的影响。研究将氧化锆片分为3组:1) 未处理(NT); 2) 使用氧化铝颗粒喷砂(AB); 3) 采用激光束加工焊接氧化锆表面形成微缝(MS)。在陶瓷或树脂粘接氧化锆样本后,一半的树脂样本进行热循环处理直至20000个循环。结果显示,微缝未能改善陶瓷和2种氧化锆之间的剪切粘接强度。在热循环前后,间接复合树脂或丙烯酸树脂与含微缝Y-TZP的粘接强度最高。结果表明,对于Y-TZP,微缝能够形成微机械嵌锁并改善粘接强度和树脂的耐久力。原始出处:Iwaguro S, Shimoe S, et al.
