J Endod:体外比较适应性和持续性转动在预备过程中对扭矩产生的影响

这篇体外研究的目的是为了比较2种镍钛旋转锉系统在适应性和持续性转动的情况下产生扭矩的差异。

研究将45例含有S型根管的树脂块按照锉系统以及转动的不同随机分为3组(n = 15):K3XF rotary system (Kerr Endodontics, Orange, CA)+持续性转动, the K3XF+适应性转动, the Twisted File (Kerr Endodontics) adaptive file+适应性转动。在建立顺畅通道后,在检测扭矩前,根管使用相同型号的锉针预备(.04/#20 for K3XF or SM1 for the Twisted File with adaptive movement)。在使用.06/25 sized file (K3XF or SM2)进行终预备过程中,记录产生的扭矩和预备时间。记算整个扭矩和最大扭矩值。数据使用1-way analysis of variance和Tukey post hoc comparison检验进行统计学分析,显著性水平设置为95%。

结果显示,与K3XF+持续旋转组相比,K3XF锉系统+适应性旋转整体扭矩值及最大扭矩值均明显降低。Twisted File adaptive file+适应性转动扭矩的产生和预备时间均要显著低于K3XF+适应性或持续性转动(P < .05)。

结论:基于此篇研究条件,镍钛系统锉针的适应性转动可能会减少扭矩的产生,同时不增加预备时间。拥有更小横截面积的镍钛锉针采用适应性运动可能有助于减少根牙本质损伤的潜在风险。
