研究结果表明,在右耳平均波潜伏期为169.4ms,在左耳为175.3ms;右耳平均振幅为4.6μV,左耳为4.2μV。在左右耳之间,并没有发现统计学显著差异。在性别上波潜伏期在右耳展现出了显著的差异,即男性要比女性的更高。在左右优势手组,研究人员没有发现统计学显著的差异。然而,这些结果表明了右耳的波潜伏期在左优势手组中要比右优势手组显著更高。研究同样发现了左耳波潜伏期在右优势手更高。最后,研究人员指出,这些研究结果可能给MMN提供参考值。并且,在MMN波潜伏期和振幅上,耳朵之间没有显著差异。考虑到性别,男性组在右耳上表现出更高的波潜伏期。一些结果也表明了MMN在左右手优势个体中具有显著的统计学差异。
