Diabetologia:单次阻力运动可提高超重/肥胖男性糖尿病前期患者的餐后血脂代谢率

糖尿病前期与餐后高甘油三酯血症有关。阻力运动能显著降低餐后血浆三酰甘油(TG)。然而,人们对导致这种减少的脂质代谢的变化知之甚少。本研究的目的是确定肥胖的糖尿病前期患者餐后脂质代谢变化的组成代谢机制。

糖尿病前期与餐后高甘油三酯血症有关。阻力运动能显著降低餐后血浆三酰甘油(TG)。然而,人们对导致这种减少的脂质代谢的变化知之甚少。本研究的目的是确定肥胖的糖尿病前期患者餐后脂质代谢变化的组成代谢机制。

研究人员评估了一次全身阻力运动(七次练习,三组,以一次重复最大值的80%重复10-12次)对十位中年(50±9岁)超重/肥胖(BMI:33±3 kg / m2),久坐的患有糖尿病的男性(HbA1c> 38但<48 mmol / mol [> 5.7%但<6.5%]),或者空腹血糖> 5.6 mmol / l但< 7.0 mmol / l或2 h OGTT葡萄糖> 7.8 mmol / l但<11.1 mmol / l)的餐后脂质代谢的影响。 我们使用了一种三重示踪混合餐试验(摄入的[(13C4)3] tripalmitin,iv [U-13C16] palmitate和[2H5]甘油)的随机交叉设计来评估乳糜微粒TG和总富含三酰基甘油的脂蛋白( TRL)-TG动力学。 我们使用脂肪组织和骨骼肌活组织检查评估调节脂解和脂质氧化的基因表达,骨骼肌呼吸测定法评估氧化能力,间接量热法评估全身脂质氧化。

在不改变乳糜微粒-甘油三酯或trl -甘油三酯分级清除率的情况下,单次阻力运动降低了糖尿病前期肥胖患者对混合膳食的脂质反应。然而,阻力运动降低了内源性和膳食来源的脂肪酸与乳糜微粒- tg和tl - tg的结合。阻力运动还能增加全身脂质氧化、骨骼肌线粒体呼吸、骨骼肌氧化基因表达、脂肪组织脂解关键基因表达。

研究表明,单次阻力运动可以改善糖尿病前期肥胖男性餐后脂质代谢,从而降低心血管疾病和2型糖尿病的风险。
