新生儿开始呼吸之后脐带还有用吗？

 

在子宫中，宝宝把胎盘当做“肺”，但是在出生的几秒内，他们的循环突然发生改变，当宝宝开始呼吸的时候，肺部充满了液体，太快剪掉与胎盘连接的脐带，宝宝就会失去支持他们最初呼吸的额外氧气。

 

在20世纪60年代以前，医生会等个五分钟之后才剪掉脐带，然而由于一些结果并不明确的研究，目前医生都在新生儿出生的同时剪掉脐带。

 

最新的证据：

 

研究显示，延长新生儿与脐带连接的时间，可以减少贫血，脑出血的风险。最为回应，ACOG建议剪脐带应该慢一点儿。除此之外，ACOG还列举出足月产婴儿延长剪短脐带的时间可以降低缺铁的风险，降低认知障碍的风险。因此，ACOG建议，等待三分钟是最佳时间。
