基于CBCT的3维打印外科手术引导技术可以为手术过程制定准确的计划和操作，比如那些应用于种植体植入和口颌面外科的引导技术。这篇研究的目的是为了评估依赖于CBCT外科引导应用于牙髓手术中的准确性。研究对一个死尸模型的48个牙根进行半口设计。实验组通过术前CBCT扫描信息和数字影像，使用Blue Sky Bio (Grayslake， IL) planning software设计手术引导，使用Form 2 3-dimensional printer (Formlabs， Somerville， MA)进行打印。引导设计允许髓腔入路直达距离每个根的根尖3 mm，深度控制在牙根的舌或腭表面。对照组髓腔入路使用"手感法"仅通过CBCT扫描可视下完成大概的测量。将计划和术后CBCT影像重叠，通过Form 2 3-dimensional printer (Formlabs， Somerville， MA)检测距离计划目标的手术入路点偏差。采用2-tailed t检验和the Fisher exact检验比较和评估2组偏差结果。结果显示，引导组的平均偏差(1.743 mm)显著低于手感法组(2.63
