Braz Dent J：种植牙能使用几年？

本研究旨在对植入后8-10年的酸蚀表面处理的种植体的存活率和成功率进行回顾性评估。研究纳入了8-10年前接受了183颗植体修复治疗的44名患者进行了评估。对植体和天然牙进行临床检查。测量以下参数：可见斑块指数（VPI）、边缘出血指数（MBI）、探诊深度（PD）、探诊出血（BOP）和临床附着水平（CAL）。种植体成功标准：植体周围无感染和化脓，无松动，无持续疼痛和感觉迟钝以及X线检查植体周围无透射影

总之，酸蚀表面处理的种植体在8至10年的功能使用后仍显示出高的存活率和成功率。
