CCLM:Hevylite测试M蛋白定量

结果显示,27EQA样本中HLC数据与常规Ig诊断的比较显示,多克隆和单克隆IgGIgAIgM的定量具有非常好的相关性(Pearson相关性[r]分别为0.94,0.990.99;斜率为0.94,1.07和分别为0.98)。IFEHLC比率之间的总体一致性很高(93%),Cohenκ系数为0.84。两种检测之间的差异主要是由于IFE检测单克隆性的灵敏度较高所致。

研究结果表明, HLC分析是量化M蛋白的一种准确方法,可以改善β分数中M蛋白的监测,这是使用电泳技术无法进行量化的。
