他们共招募了109名特应性疾病患者(平均年龄6.8岁,男性54.1%)和82名健康儿童(平均年龄6.3岁,男性54.9%)。根据孩子的年龄,对他们进行了发育、认知评估和注意力缺陷/多动障碍(ADHD)症状评估,并采用中国健康问卷(CHQ-12)和家庭APGAR对儿童照顾者的父母养育压力进行评估。在特应性疾病患儿中,变应性鼻炎、哮喘、特应性皮炎和荨麻疹分别占87.2%、74.3%、29.4%和8.3%。这些情况都与儿童的认知特征或多动症症状无关。然而,哮喘患者照顾者的CHQ-12评分高于非哮喘患者。此外,特应性疾病的数量对照顾者的CHQ-12得分有"剂量效应"效果。
过敏性疾病对儿童认知功能和照顾者精神健康的影响
综上所述,过敏性疾病并不影响儿童的认知发育。然而,哮喘或多种特应性疾病患者的照顾者在照顾子女方面可能会承受更大的精神健康负担。这些照顾者可能需要一些支持,从而才能更有效地履行他们的养育角色。
