这是一个前瞻性的病例对照研究,包括28个囊胚培养样本。研究人员使用单步胚泡培养和IMR测定来分析培养基中的β-hCG浓度。 此外,还探讨了β-hCGIMR信号与胚泡形态分级之间的关系。

研究显示,β-hCG浓度IMR信号与胚泡形态质量高度相关(斯皮尔曼相关系数:0.731)。操作特征曲线分析显示,截止IMR值对胚胎质量的鉴别率为0.873%,曲线下面积为0.947,敏感性为0.882,特异性为0.818。此外,亚分析还揭示了β-hCG浓度依赖性IMR信号与滋养外胚层分级之间的正相关,Spearman相关系数为0.576

研究表明,IMR测定可以定量测量胚泡培养基中的β-hCG,并且可能是一种潜在的临床工具,有助于在胚胎移植前评估良好的胚泡质量。
