急性闭角型青光眼视力疼痛

该病是一种眼科急症，其特点是房水流出障碍所致眼压快速增加。症状可以在昏暗的灯光下和某些药物诱发出来，包括抗胆碱药和拟交感神经药。该病人没有服用这些药物的病史，也没有发现任何其他原因。

患者为一名52岁的女性，因左眼严重眼球后痛和视力模糊24小时而到急诊就诊。该患者描述疼痛为刺痛，持续几秒钟。

左眼检查发现瞳孔扩大，对光反射消失，结膜发红，左侧眼眶硬化。左眼视力为20/125。眼内压增高为55mmHg（正常范围10至21），证实了急性闭角型青光眼的诊断。



该病是一种眼科急症，其特点是房水流出障碍所致眼压快速增加。症状可以在昏暗的灯光下和某些药物诱发出来，包括抗胆碱药和拟交感神经药。该病人没有服用这些药物的病史，也没有发现任何其他原因。

该患者采用静脉注射乙酰唑胺治疗，局部运用碳酸酐酶抑制剂和α2-肾上腺素能受体激动剂治疗，以及行激光虹膜切开术，之后她的症状迅速得到缓解。4小时后出院，眼压为10mmHg。随后，病人失去了长期随访。
