Oncotarget:在预测TIG3膀胱癌结果中,人类表皮生长因子受体2表达比卡介苗处理更为重要

最近,研究人员利用免疫组化分析方法研究了人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)表达的角色,目的是预测分别经历膀胱肿瘤尿道切除(TURBT)的33名病人,或者经历TURBT和卡介苗(BCG)滴注的34名病人,共67名T1G3病人的复发和病情进展情况。研究发现,所有病人在首次TURBT治疗后四个月内拒绝接受再次TURBT治疗。在平均跟踪调查的75.7个月时间里,总的无病率和无进展率分别为35.8%和73

最近,研究人员利用免疫组化分析方法研究了人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)表达的角色,目的是预测分别经历膀胱肿瘤尿道切除(TURBT)的33名病人,或者经历TURBT和卡介苗(BCG)滴注的34名病人,共67名T1G3病人的复发和病情进展情况。

研究发现,所有病人在首次TURBT治疗后四个月内拒绝接受再次TURBT治疗。在平均跟踪调查的75.7个月时间里,总的无病率和无进展率分别为35.8%和73.0%。单变量Kaplan-Meier生存分析表明,传统的预后因子(性别、肿瘤数目/大小/复发)并不能预测无病率和无进展率生存(DFS,PFS)。BCG治疗是DFS的一个显著的预测因子但不能预测PFS(p=0.6901)。另外,HER-2的超表达可以在所有的病人群体中作为DFS(p=0.0013)和PFS(p=0.0322)的预测因子,但是当病人进行分层治疗时并不能成功预测(BCG: p=0.1290; no BCG: p=0.1696),很可能是由于有限的事件数目。多变量Cox比例风险回归分析确定了BCG治疗是一个DFS的显著预测因子 (p=0.012)而不是PFS (p=0.924),并且HER-2超表达是DFS (p=0.001和PFS  (p=0.041)的显著预测因子。最后,研究人员指出,这些发现表明了与传统的预后因子和BCG处理预测,HER-2的状态可作为T1G3 BC更好的预测因子,从而给更深入的检测该标记提供研究基础,并且可以组合HER-2作为一个分子标记来更好的预测这种挑战性疾病的特征。
