EHP:PM2.5影响胎儿神经系统发育

现在越来越多的临床研究关注环境污染对胎儿的影响,名副其实的对下一代的影响。已有研究表明,胎儿大脑的发育和胎盘发育受到相同的生物信号调节,近期也有证据支持表明,胎盘对孕妇所处环境做出的适应性反应可能会影响宫内胎儿中枢神经系统的发育。

现在越来越多的临床研究关注环境污染对胎儿的影响,名副其实的对下一代的影响。已有研究表明,胎儿大脑的发育和胎盘发育受到相同的生物信号调节,近期也有证据支持表明,胎盘对孕妇所处环境做出的适应性反应可能会影响宫内胎儿中枢神经系统的发育。

Saenen ND等人进行了一项研究,调查孕妇所处环境颗粒空气污染物PM2.5暴露情况和影响胎儿神经系统发育相关基因的胎盘表达情况间的联系。

该研究共纳入了90对母亲-孩子,通过RT-PCR技术,在其胎盘组织里共找到位于脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)信号通路上的10个靶基因。通过时空模型,根据孕妇居住地估计其孕期环境PM2.5暴露情况。通过混合效应模型,评估妊娠不同时期PM2.5暴露情况和靶基因的表达情况间的联系。

研究结果显示,孕早期孕妇所处环境PM2.5每增加5 µg/m3,分娩时胎盘脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)表达下降15.9% (95% CI: -28.7,
-3.2%, p = 0.015),突触蛋白 1 (SYN1)表达下降24.3% (95% CI: -42.8, -5.8%, p = 0.011)。

胎盘表达的脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)和突触蛋白 1 (SYN1)这两种基因均会影响正常的神经发育轨迹,并且随着孕妇所处环境PM2.5的增加,其表达水平下降,影响胎儿神经系统发育。
