脑MRI见左侧延髓北外侧梗死（下图A和B），MRA未见明显异常（下图C）：



3D 脂肪-饱和黑血3T T1加权序列（SPACE）显示左侧椎动脉V3段沿着寰椎环血管壁血肿。下图为多维平面重建，沿着左侧椎动脉V3段可见高信号，为亚急性期壁间血肿（图A-C）。与对侧管腔（图D）相比，病变侧血管腔变窄：
