Dent Mater J:污染的人工唾液对V类洞修复体的影响

研究使用人工唾液对牛牙齿表面处理形成3种不同的表面条件:对照组(group I)、中等唾液污染(group II)和严重唾液污染(group III)。结果显示,组III CR与牙本质的微拉伸粘结强度(μTBS)比组I明显降低。然而,GIC和RMGIC与釉质及本质的μTBS之间未见明显组间差异。此外,组III的CR比组I在牙骨质上展现出明显的微裂隙,而GIC和RMGIC在釉质和牙骨质之间未见明显差异。

结论:在无法避免唾液污染的情况下,GIC和RMGIC可能更适合进行V类洞的充填修复以避免继发龋的发生。
