Annal Onco:十字花科蔬菜降低常见癌症风险

 意大利学者2月10日在线发表于《肿瘤学年鉴》(Annals of Oncology)的一项研究表明,十字花科蔬菜对一些常见癌症患者有益。   该研究共纳入了1468例口腔/咽癌、505例食管癌、230例胃癌、2390例结直肠癌、185例肝癌、326例胰腺癌、852例喉癌、3034例乳腺癌、367例子宫内膜癌、1031例卵巢癌、1294例前列腺癌、767例肾癌患者和11492

 意大利学者2月10日在线发表于《肿瘤学年鉴》(Annals of Oncology)的一项研究表明,十字花科蔬菜对一些常见癌症患者有益。

  该研究共纳入了1468例口腔/咽癌、505例食管癌、230例胃癌、2390例结直肠癌、185例肝癌、326例胰腺癌、852例喉癌、3034例乳腺癌、367例子宫内膜癌、1031例卵巢癌、1294例前列腺癌、767例肾癌患者和11492例对照者,所有癌症均为偶发性并经病理组织学确诊。

  结果显示,每周至少进食1次较不/偶尔进食十字花科蔬菜可显著降低口腔/咽癌、食管癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌和肾癌风险,并对胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、喉癌、子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌和前列腺癌风险有一定降低作用(无统计学意义)。
