新型电化学纳米生物传感器或可用于帕金森病的诊断

扫描电镜成像和循环伏安实验结果证实了工作电极的修饰。纳米生物传感器的分析性能结果表明,生物传感的灵敏度高,检测限为2.9飞摩尔和动态范围为10.0-900.0飞摩尔。此外,与非特异性寡核苷酸相比,该检测器实现了靶miRNA的高选择性。人血清分析结果没有显示出对生物传感器功能的任何干扰。

基于这些结果,表明miR-195电化学纳米生物传感器可以用于PD的医学诊断
