Dent Mater J:3种不同商品化的复合核堆积材料物理特性的比较

在修复牙齿的冠部分时,可采用多种不同的核堆积材料。目前,新研发的bulk-fill复合树脂可以通过单次增量技术完成后牙大块缺损的修复。这篇研究的目的是为了评估3种商品化的复合核堆积材料的压缩强度、弯曲强度和显微硬度差别。

在修复牙齿的冠部分时,可采用多种不同的核堆积材料。目前,新研发的bulk-fill复合树脂可以通过单次增量技术完成后牙大块缺损的修复。这篇研究的目的是为了评估3种商品化的复合核堆积材料的压缩强度、弯曲强度和显微硬度差别。所得数据使用oneway ANOVA和Tukey检验进行统计学评估(α=0.05)。弯曲强度数据采用Weibull统计分析法进行评估。结果显示,3组材料的压缩强度、弯曲强度和显微硬度均存在显著性差异。FiltekTM Z350 XT具有最高的压缩强度(kPa)和Knoop硬度,而FiltekTM bulk fill具有最高的弯曲强度。MultiCore®Flow各方面特性最低;然而,它却展现出最高的Weibull modulus (m)值。结论:基于此项研究对材料特质的测试结果,bulk-fill复合树脂可以作为常规复合树脂核堆积材料的替代产品。原始出处:Warangkulkasemkit S, Pumpaluk P.
