Int J Mol Med:无远端同源框5是人间充质干细胞成骨的主要调节因子

本研究中,我们发现MSC中丹参酮IIA对DLX5的诱导增强了成骨分化。此外,我们发现丹参酮IIA(作为BMP2信号传导的介质)激活MSCs中的runt相关转录因子2(RUNX2)并在成骨过程中启动钙矿化。

总之,这些发现表明,在MSC中,DLX5是成骨的主要调节因子。此外,丹参酮IIA对于某些骨病的基于干细胞的疗法可能是有价值的。
