研究发现,5岁前谷物摄入量与高遗传风险儿童乳糜泻风险相关

儿童时期的高谷物摄入与乳糜泻相关,近日研究人员考察了在遗传高危儿童中控制谷物摄入量对乳糜泻的影响。

TEDDY研究招募6605名携带HLA抗原基因的儿童,在6、9和12个月收集的3天食物记录,估计麸质摄入量,此后每半年一次,直到5岁。研究的主要结果是乳糜泻自身免疫,定义为连续2次组织转谷氨酰胺酶自身抗体阳性。次要终点是经肠活检或组织转谷氨酰胺酶自身抗体持续高水平证实的乳糜泻。

6605名儿童,1216名(18%)发展为乳糜泻自身免疫,447人(7%)确诊乳糜泻。2-3岁时两个终点的发生率均达到峰值。谷蛋白摄入量每增加1g/d与乳糜泻自身免疫相关(HR=1.30,谷物摄入量比参考量高1-g/d的绝对风险为34.2%;绝对风险差异为6.1%)。谷蛋白摄入量每增加1g/d与乳糜泻风险相关(HR=1.50,谷物摄入量比参考量高1-g/d的绝对风险为27.9%;绝对风险差异为7.2%)。

研究发现,5岁前谷物摄入量与高遗传风险儿童乳糜泻风险相关。
